QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) is a nationally recognized suicide prevention training that teaches participants how to recognize the warning signs of suicide, respond to someone in crisis, and connect them with appropriate support and resources. This practical, interactive training empowers everyday people to confidently help save lives and strengthen suicide prevention efforts in their communities.
