Lessons from a Career in Advertising with Blake Whitney, Saatchi & Saatchi Blake is currently a Senior Client Partner at Saatchi & Saatchi Dallas working exclusively on Toyota, leading the Retail team on all things Sales Event, and other dealer support initiatives. The move to the retail side of the Toyota business followed five years of leading integrated campaign launches for Trucks and Sports Cars. Prior to joining Saatchi & Saatchi in 2017, he worked with the MullenLowe LA office where he served as the Account Director on the Patrón Spirits business while working out of the client’s office in Dallas. Blake’s first nine years in advertising were spent at The Richards Group where he oversaw creative development and production for world-class brands like The Home Depot, Ram Trucks, Motel 6, and others. An obsessive fan of his alma mater, Blake spends his falls driving back to Oklahoma for home football games and teaching his two daughters, along with his wife (OU ’04), that living in Texas doesn’t mean you root for Texas.
