Pour Your Peace: Candle Making + Yoga Experience

Pour Your Peace is a calm, intentional experience that blends creativity and movement. We’ll begin by slowing down and settling into the space together before creating an 8oz candle infused with a scent that reflects how you want to feel—whether that’s calm, comfort, or clarity. After learning the simple pouring process, you’ll choose your scent, mix your fragrance, and pour your own candle. While your candle cools, you’ll take a moment to reflect and write an intention card—a word or phrase you want your candle to remind you of whenever you light it at home. Once our candles are set aside to cool, we’ll transition into a gentle yoga flow designed to help the body release tension and the mind settle. This portion of the evening focuses on light movement, breath, and relaxation so you leave feeling grounded and restored. This experience is meant to be simple, calming, and intentional—a chance to create something meaningful, reconnect with your body, and take a moment for yourself.
