Participants will explore the difference between changes people simply need to learn, changes that require significant effort, and changes that challenge their identity, confidence, or sense of purpose. Through practical teaching, guided reflection, and table discussion, leaders will assess their organization’s readiness for change and apply three essential lenses: defining near- and long-term horizons, translating values into meaningful behavior, and leading bravely with communication, character, and competency.
