Are you looking for a beak from your thoughts, concerns, or anything else weighing on you? You are invited to join us for meditation. The Dharma Center of Oklahoma offers free meditation instruction on Thursday evenings from 7:30 - 8:30PM (please arrive a few minutes early). Our medition group includes new, intermediate, and experienced practioners. We have meditation instructors available to guide you if you are new. Non-members are welcome. There are no enrollment requirements or formal dress code. All content is provided in English.
