Come join us as we move for another 3rd Sunday at lululemon Village Pointe featuring Grace Oswald of Forme Fitness. A little about our August instructor, Grace + Forme Fitness: My name is Grace and I’m originally from Colorado but now call Omaha home after graduating from Creighton. I love the feeling of creating and exciting and energetic workout so it doesn’t even feel like a workout. Working out should be fun and that’s what you can expect with this class! High energy, burning muscles and a fun time! I am so excited to sculpt with you and can’t wait to feel stronger. Forme Fitness is all about creating energetic movement for every level designed to fuel your mind and body. Our Sculpt and Cardio Sculpt classes use light, medium and heavy weights for a full body workout to the beat of the music. You'll tone and strengthen small and large muscle groups with high-rep exercises, while also improving edurance.
