Hassanali brings nearly 30 years of culinary excellence rooted in global inspiration. Born in Trinidad, Hassanali's earliest memories of food were shaped by helping his parents run their restaurant in the Caribbean, where he first discovered the joy of cooking. Hassanali grew up immersed in one of the most diverse and dynamic food scenes in the world and is internationally trained. He honed his craft under celebrity chefs including Emeril Lagasse and Sherry Yard before building his career across the U.S., including New York, Florida, Illinois (Chicago), Tennessee (Nashville), and California. Hassanali's mission is creating approachable, yet unforgettable dining experiences that blend fine dining with worldly flavors and Midwestern warmth.
