MixxedFit at Highlander

Get ready to sweat and dance your way through a fun, high-energy workout that feels more like a party than exercise! Join us for FREE MixxedFit classes every Monday evening in the north parking lot of the Highlander Accelerator. All ages are welcome to dance along to popular pop and hip-hop songs while getting a fun workout in. MixxedFit is a people-inspired fitness program that combines dance movements and boot camp toning for an energizing session. More than just a workout, MixxedFit at Highlander is a space to show up for yourself alongside a community doing the same. It is a chance to let go of the stress of the day, move your body, build confidence, laugh with neighbors, and make connections that keep us coming back week after week. Remember to bring a water bottle, wear comfortable clothes, and get ready to sweat it out with Sammie.
