Sourdough Cinnamon Roll Workshop

We'll have your sourdough-dough prepared and ready to go so you can jump right into the fun! You'll learn how to properly roll, fill, shape, and cut beautiful bakery-style cinnamon rolls before packaging your own pan of 4 take-and-bake sourdough cinnamon rolls to enjoy at home. We'll also send you home with our homemade icing and baking instructions so you can enjoy warm, fresh cinnamon rolls from your own oven. Your ticket includes: • A brief lecture about classic sourdough techniques and what goes into making Cinnamon Roll dough. • One pan of 4 classic sourdough cinnamon rolls (that you make) to bake at home, along with handmade icing • Hands-on step by step instruction from Brazen Belle Bakerys renowned bakery team • One fresh-baked sourdough cinnamon roll to enjoy during class • A complimentary beverage • All ingredients and baking tools provided • ( PS: if you set your crock pot with your favorite chilli recipe before you come to the workshop, you'll have a very midwestern dinner waiting for you that night.
