We welcome Todd Doxzon, local pastor, pro footballer, investor, and realtor as our October speaker! Todd is a former professional quarterback turned pastor, real estate entrepreneur, and ESPN college football analyst, driven by faith, leadership, and a commitment to consistent growth. Todd’s journey began in football at Iowa State University and later the Miami Dolphins. His years in competitive athletics taught him lessons that have carried into every area of his life: embrace the uncomfortable, remain consistent when results aren’t immediate, persevere through adversity, and lead others with purpose. Todd and his wife, Denise, stepped into ministry and founded Love Church in 2008. Over the next 18 years, Love Church grew to serve a community of several thousand people. That experience deepened Todd’s passion for developing people, building healthy organizations, and helping others discover and pursue God’s best for their lives. About a decade ago, Todd expanded into real estate investing. Since then, he and his family have built a diverse portfolio that includes long-term, medium-term, and short-term rental properties. They are now expanding into commercial real estate with the purchase of their first 9,000-square-foot flex-space building. Todd is also a licensed real estate agent in both Nebraska and Florida, bringing the perspective of an investor, owner, and agent to every transaction. Todd has also served as a college football analyst for ESPN for five seasons, allowing him to stay connected to the game that helped shape so much of his approach to leadership and life. Whether in ministry, business, broadcasting, athletics, or family, Todd’s message remains consistent: meaningful results are rarely built overnight. They are built through faith, discipline, perseverance, healthy rhythms, and a willingness to keep showing up—especially when it’s uncomfortable.
