In celebration of World Mental Health Day, join us for a morning centered around movement, connection, and taking time for yourself. Hosted by lululemon Regency + lululemon Ambassador Johnson Lawson Meet Johnson Lawson IV, 3x Mr. Natural Nebraska Champion, 20-year master trainer, and the legendary “Glute Whisperer.” Expect a targeted, muscle-centric workout designed to push your core and glute training to the next level. To make sure you get the absolute most out of every single rep, Johnson is bringing an expert squad of trainers to assist with form, precision, and maximum burn. Following the 60-minute strength-based workout, slow things down with a relaxing sound bath from Lindsay Simmonds, designed to give you time to reset, recharge, and reconnect. Whether you're new to resistance training or already have a regular strength routine, all experience levels are welcome. Come as you are, move at your own pace, and connect with the lululemon Regency community.
