Instruments You’ll Learn Tibetan / Himalayan Singing Bowls Foundational techniques for playing bowls on and around the body to support relaxation, grounding, and nervous system regulation. Crystal Singing Bowls Techniques for producing clear, stable tones using different mallets and playing approaches. Gongs Safe beginner methods including pacing, volume awareness, energetic sensitivity, and deep listening. Voice as a Healing Instrument Foundational vocal practices exploring the voice as a tool for personal healing and shared sound journeys.
