Sound Bath Meditation

Welcome the season of harvest with an immersive sound meditation designed for you to connect, align and harmonize. Welcome to a Harvest Sound Meditation at the Homecoming of Eastvale, a meditative sound experience created to honor a time to gather, release and restore to balance. We create sound vibrations through crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, drums, flutes, and more. You’ll be guided into deep relaxation as the mind and body rest into a state of peace. Like the harvest season itself, this experience is an invitation to acknowledge what has come to fruition, release what has completed its season, and reconnect with what you want to carry forward. Come as you are. Rest into the sound. Allow yourself to connect within, align with the present, and harmonize with the rhythm of the season. Connect. Align. Harmonize. *This is NOT a Lewis Company or Homecoming sponsored event. *Event will be heald at Homecoming - Eastvale - Community Building in the Theatre Room on the 2nd floor.
