Ready to conquer a HYROX race? F45 Black Rock & F45 Amherst are joining forces to bring you the ultimate HYROX Simulation! Are you ready to test your engine without the marathon mileage? F45 Black Rock and F45 Amherst are joining forces to bring you the ultimate HYROX Simulation. Whether you’re training for a standard race or looking to see what the hype is all about, this event is designed to push your limits in a high-energy, community-driven environment. The Twist: Half the Run, All the Heat We know the standard 8km of running can be daunting. That’s why we’ve modified the format to a "Half-Run" Sim. You’ll still tackle 7 out of 8 of the functional movement stations, but we’ve cut the running intervals in half. The Goal: Maximize your power on the machines and stations while keeping the pace lightning-fast between transitions.
