Provide your host with a French accent! ! Bring them a box of 2 kinds of croissants, PLUS homemade jam and rosemary compound butter! Thanksgiving food is best when shared with the friends and family we love, and what better way to say "I am grateful for you" than to arrive for dinner with a handmade box of croissant, jams and butter for the host. In this special Thanksgiving croissant class, participants will learn to make two kinds of croissant: traditional, savory butter croissants, and sweet almond croissants. We will craft the croissant, laminate the dough & shape the croissants. We will also learn to make jam and compound butter, which will be packaged with your croissants in a special box, just for your special person. Toss your box in the freezer on Sunday after class; bring it back out 24 hours before the big day, to thaw and rise, and bake your croissants fresh! Executive Chef Camille Le Caër is a classically trained French Chef, trained both in Bretagne and Paris restaurant kitchens. Camille is available for catering small parties, delighting diners with his skills at Private Dinners, and also for teaching Masterclass events. Camille won Guys Grocery Games on the Food Network in 2020, was Runner-up on Chopped in 2023, and was one of the up-and-coming featured chefs in the new Food Network show "24 in 24" series in 2024. His latest show was in 2025: Halloween Baking Championship, where he baked his way to the semi-finals! Stay tuned for the announcement of his next tv show, coming soon! Croissant Masterclass with Chef Camille Le Caër Executive French Chef Camille Le Caër announces he will be teaching a special Thanksgiving Croissant Baking Masterclass on Sunday, November 22nd, 2026 from 9:30am - 11:30am, at 27 Chandler St Suite 310A, Buffalo, NY 14207. Tickets sell for $79 per person. Maximum tickets for sale: 12 Croissant is NOT GLUTEN FREE. Patrons must purchase baking class tickets by 11:59pm Saturday, November 21 , 2026.
