EmpowHer is built to help teen girls be better friends, withstand external pressures + develop a healthy relationship with themselves! Our 10 week group program empowers teen girls to: Trust her inner voice and make confident decisions Set healthy boundaries while maintaining strong relationships Navigate social pressures with grace and authenticity Transform self-doubt into self-compassion Create habits that support her wellbeing and success Plus, they’ll connect with other like-minded girls who share their goals and dreams, creating friendships that support their growth.
