As part of our 12 Days of Alfond celebration, join us for a Holiday Pie Making Class with Chef Antwan, an intimate, hands-on holiday baking experience designed especially for couples. Step behind the scenes into The Alfond Inn's Banquet Kitchen, where Executive Chef Antwan Ellis will guide you and your guest through the art of creating a beautiful Christmas Cranberry Apple Pie. Learn professional baking techniques, discover helpful tips for making the perfect holiday pie, and work together to assemble and decorate your creation with festive pastry designs. Once your pie is ready for the oven, the experience continues at The Café, where you'll relax and enjoy a delicious shared charcuterie board and a glass of wine per guest while your pie bakes. Throughout the evening, Chef Antwan will personally engage with guests, answer questions, and share his favorite holiday baking tips and traditions. At 7:30 PM, your freshly baked pie will be brought out, beautifully packaged and ready to take home—just in time to share a little holiday sweetness with family and friends!
