Kundalini and Breathwork Healing

Join us on Saturday, October 17th from 12:00pm-1:30pm for a Kundalini and Breathwork Healing Workshop led by Karina. This experience is designed to awaken your inner energy, supporting deep physical, emotional, and energetic release. You will be guided through intentional breathwork practices—powerful techniques that encourage the flow of prana, help align your chakras, expand your intuition, and bring greater emotional clarity. Throughout the session, you can expect a combination of dynamic movement, conscious breathing, meditation, and mantra (chanting), all woven together to clear energetic blockages and activate the body’s natural healing intelligence. Whether you are new to these practices or already experienced, this session offers a safe and supportive space to connect with your higher self, release stagnant energy, and restore balance to your mind, body, and spirit. It is an invitation to reconnect with your inner wisdom, let go of limiting beliefs, and experience a deep sense of peace, clarity, and alignment. Please bring your yoga mat and water and avoid eating for two hours prior to the event. We look forward to sharing this experience with you.
