Move, Manifest, Meditate

A New Year intention-setting experience combining mindful movement, guided manifestation, vision-board creation, meditation and sound. Set your vision for 2027 Join us for a special New Year experience designed to help you release what no longer serves you, connect with your vision for 2027, and create space for the life you're ready to welcome. Through mindful movement, intentional creation, guided meditation, and soothing sound, you'll leave feeling grounded, inspired, and connected to your next chapter. The experience will include an intentional yoga flow to release the past year, open your heart to new possibilities, and reconnect with your inner strength and purpose. Then, bring your dreams to life with a guided visualization and hands-on vision board workshop. Explore your intentions for health, relationships, career, abundance, adventure, spirituality, and joy while creating a visual reminder of the year you want to cultivate. This is your invitation to slow down, dream boldly, and intentionally create spave for what's next. Whether you're stepping into a new chapter or simply ready for a fresh perspective, this experience is an opportunity to reconnect with yourself and begin 2027 with purpose. We can't wait to welcome you to Winter Park Yoga for this special New Year gathering. Bring an open heart and a willingness to imagine what's possible.
