An intimate women’s wellness workshop offering practical support for trying to conceive, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery. Whether you’re trying to conceive, currently pregnant, navigating postpartum, or simply looking ahead, you deserve to feel informed and supported throughout every stage of your motherhood journey. Join us at The Cove Chiropractic for an intimate, interactive women’s wellness workshop featuring: • Dr. Kristen Ivie, Chiropractor - @thecovechiro • Dr. Alexia Deshommes, Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist and Pilates Instructor - @dr.alexiadeshommes • Gina Aleman, Doula and Birth Educator - @newblossommaternity Together, we’ll discuss how your nervous system, pelvic floor, movement, and support system can influence the way your body adapts from preconception through postpartum. We’ll cover: • Supporting your nervous system and overall wellness while trying to conceive • How the pelvic floor and core change during pregnancy and postpartum • Breathwork, movement, and Pilates-based exercises for every stage • Preparing your body and support team for birth • Common postpartum concerns, including leaking, pressure, pain, core weakness, and returning to exercise • Practical ways to feel more supported before, during, and after baby You’ll also be guided through simple breathing and movement exercises that can be modified for your current stage. There will be time at the end for questions, refreshments, and the opportunity to connect personally with each provider. No matter where you are in your journey, you’ll leave with practical tools, trusted local resources, and a better understanding of how to support your body through every stage.
