Past Life Regression Group Hypnosis with Heather Roma-Wicks

A guided sunset journey into the subconscious through past life regression, relaxation, reflection, and gentle hypnosis. Gather at sunset for a Past Life Regression Group Hypnosis—a safe, grounded journey into the subconscious mind. Hypnosis is a natural state of deep relaxation and focused awareness, similar to those moments just before falling asleep or when you become completely absorbed in something. In this relaxed state, the conscious mind can become quieter, allowing us to connect more deeply with the subconscious—where memories, emotions, beliefs, patterns, and inner resources can be explored. Through relaxation, breath, and gentle guidance, you’ll be invited on a past life regression journey, allowing whatever images, sensations, emotions, stories, or insights naturally arise. You don’t have to believe in past lives to benefit from the experience. You may experience what comes forward as a past-life memory, a metaphor, your imagination, or simply the language of your subconscious mind. There is no right or wrong way to experience the journey. The intention is to create space for greater self-awareness, insight, emotional release, and a deeper connection with yourself. At the end, we’ll gently return to the present and take time to integrate the experience through journaling, giving you space to reflect on what emerged and what meaning it may hold for you. Come with an open mind, curiosity, and a willingness to journey within.
