An intimate 4 hour experience on a beautiful private ranch surrounded by nature. Join us for a restorative afternoon where horses, sound, nature, and presence come together to create a deeply nourishing experience for the body, mind, and spirit. Set on a peaceful private ranch, this gathering is an invitation to step away from the pace of everyday life and spend an afternoon simply being. Surrounded by nature and the grounding presence of the herd, you’ll be guided through intentional connection with the horses, moments of stillness, and an immersive sound healing experience. Horses are highly intuitive beings who naturally respond to the energy and emotions of those around them. Their sensitivity and ability to remain deeply present create a unique environment for connection, grounded awareness, and nervous system regulation. The afternoon begins with a trauma informed equine experience led by Zia of Inner Alchemy. Through gentle, hands on interaction with the horses, Zia will guide you in connecting with the herd while creating space to slow down, become present, and experience the quiet communication that happens between humans and horses. Following the equine experience, you’ll settle in alongside the horses for a sound healing journey with Clemencia. The soothing tones and vibrations of crystal alchemy singing bowls and other healing instruments will blend with the sounds of nature and the grounding presence of the herd, creating space to rest, receive, and simply be. Throughout the afternoon, there will also be time to gather, connect, enjoy nourishing bites and refreshments, and take in the peacefulness of the ranch. Her approach is grounded in the belief that healing isn’t about fixing ourselves, but creating the conditions for the body, mind, and spirit to come back into balance. Her work extends beyond traditional wellness spaces into nature and alongside horses, offering immersive experiences that provide a pause from everyday life and leave you feeling deeply nourished, restored, and connected. Zia | Inner Alchemy Zia is a trauma-informed coach, mind-body practitioner, and equine-assisted coach passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves. Her work focuses on self-awareness, nervous system regulation, and understanding the patterns that shape our lives. Living on a small ranch in California with her husband and rescued animals, Zia combines coaching, somatic practices, nature, and equine-assisted learning to create a space where people can slow down, gain clarity, and return to themselves. Zia believes lasting change begins not with fixing ourselves, but with curiosity, self-compassion, and a deeper understanding of who we are.
