Amandeep is a Member of Technical Staff at Anthropic, where he leads Forward Deployed Engineering, working directly with enterprise customers to bring Claude into production. Prior to Anthropic, Amandeep was a product leader at AWS, where he helped build and launch multiple zero-to-one products, including Kiro and agent optimization capabilities within Amazon Bedrock AgentCore. Before AWS, he founded Okera, a data security and governance company acquired by Databricks in 2023. Across his career as a founder, engineer, and product leader, Amandeep has focused on turning emerging technologies into products and systems that can be deployed and adopted at enterprise scale.
