Paint N' Sip: Honey the Highlander

Paint this sunflower-crowned cutie while sipping on delicious drinks! You know the drill: Friday night rolls around and it’s either (a) fight for a table at a noisy bar, or (b) sink into the couch and scroll. This Friday, try something different. Join us at Sunset Commons for a paint & sip night that’s actually fun (and doesn’t leave you hungover). Here’s what you’ll get: • Everything included: paints, brushes, canvas — just bring yourself. • 1 non-alcoholic drink. • A local artist who makes painting feel doable, even if your last art project was in grade school. • A finished painting you’ll actually want to hang up (or at least brag about to friends). You don’t need “talent.” You just need to show up. By the end of the night, you’ll leave with more than a canvas — you’ll leave with a memory that’s worth way more than another $18 cocktail, and a beautiful painting of Honey the Highlander that you can put up at home. Space is limited, so if you want in, grab your spot now. About Sunset Commons: Carmen and Steven started Sunset Commons to provide a space to connect and build community through arts and craft activities led by talented local artists. Inspired by a love for creativity and a desire to foster connection in the Sunset District, we envisioned a “third space” where neighbors can gather, unwind, and form meaningful relationships. Our mission is to empower self-expression, boost confidence, and offer an inclusive haven for everyone, from introverts seeking a calm environment to those enjoying health-focused traditional teas. Sunset Commons is not just a business - it’s our way of enriching the community we love and to the city we both grew up in.
