About the book: Eva zu Beck walked away from a high-flying career and a picture-perfect life to travel solo through some of the most remote places, from a lone horse trek in Mongolia to a desert island in Yemen. Along the way, she built an online community and confronted the tension between a life of freedom and the need for home. An inspiring memoir about dismantling someone else's dream and finding the courage to build your own.
