Women's Circle: Seen & Supported

A consistent, nurturing and supportive space where women can gather to share authentically, be seen, heard, and held without judgment. Seen & Supported is a guided women’s circle designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and be supported in a way that feels real, grounding, and human. This isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about being seen, heard, and held exactly as you are. This group exists to offer a consistent, nurturing, and supportive space where women can gather to share authentically, be seen, heard, and held without judgment with the support of sisterhood through all of life’s seasons. Through guided reflection and intentional structure you will share in both small groups and as a collective, speak openly about your experiences, and be witnessed with presence. It’s a space to practice vulnerability, build courage, and feel supported by others. Come as you are. Leave feeling seen, connected, and supported. Each circle is intentionally guided to create a supportive environment where you can: • Share what’s on your heart (only if you feel called to) • Be witnessed without judgment or interruption • Reflect through meaningful prompts and conversation • Connect with other women in a genuine, grounded way • Gently release what you’ve been carrying We’ll move through a blend of grounding practices, guided reflection, and open sharing both in small groups and as a collective. You don’t need to prepare anything. You don’t need to have the “right” words. Just come as you are. This Space is for you if… • You feel like you’re always the strong one • You’ve been holding a lot internally and need a place to release • You’re craving deeper, more meaningful connection • You want to feel seen and heard without having to explain yourself • You’re navigating change, growth, or simply want space to check in with yourself What You’ll Leave With: • A sense of relief from sharing what’s been on your mind • Deeper connection to yourself and your emotions • Support from women who truly see and hear you • A reminder that you don’t have to do it all alone This space emphasizes active listening, mutual respect, and emotional safety creating an environment where individuals can feel seen, supported, and empowered in their personal growth. Investment: $35 per session or $60 for 2 sessions. These circles are recurring every 2 weeks. Consistency is encouraged for benefit to yourself and the group. REGISTER HERE About Erin (@ShatterStress) Erin creates sacred spaces for women who have been taught to silence their emotions to finally release what’s been trapped inside. Through powerful somatic experiences she helps them move stuck emotions out of their bodies, reclaim their voices, and step into their power. Erin has a Masters degree in Counseling, is a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), and Certified Career Counselor (CCC), a certified Breathwork facilitator, and certified Reiki practitioner.
