Interwoven: Meet the Artists

Join Sydell Glasser and Christine Donnelly for a conversation about the friendship behind Interwoven. Some of the most meaningful conversations about art happen when we have time to sit together. Join artists Sydell Glasser and Christine Donnelly at Kasher Gallery & Studios for a Sunday brunch surrounded by Interwoven: The Art of Creating Together. Gather for a conversation for a closer look at the friendship and creative exchange at the heart of the exhibition. Bringing together cyanotypes, monotypes, mixed media, and textiles, Interwoven traces the relationship between two distinct artistic practices. Shared experiences, a love of nature, and a willingness to experiment have become starting points for work that neither artist would have made alone. Sydell and Christine will share the stories behind selected pieces, reflect on their collaborative process, and discuss how working together has influenced their individual approaches. There will be time to ask questions, explore the exhibition, and follow the conversations that emerge around the table. For artists, collectors, and anyone curious about the creative process, this gathering offers a welcoming opportunity to spend time with the work and the people who made it. Come with a friend, or join us on your own. We look forward to sharing the table.
