" Sit & Spike" Volleyball

Chair Volleyball is a fun, seated class that keeps you active while playing a modified version of volleyball. A modified version of volleyball using a beach ball and a five-foot net—just remember, “cheeks on the chair!” This engaging activity helps reduce stress, boost confidence, and support mental sharpness while improving reflexes and hand-eye coordination. It’s a great way to stay active, connected, and energized in a safe and supportive environment.
