Dear God: A cozy reformer & reflection night

Come in your cozy PJs for reformer Pilates, meditation, snacks, and time to slow down and write a letter to God. A cozy night to move, slow down, and spend time with God. 🤍 Dear God came from the thought that sometimes prayer is hard. You can have so much on your heart and still not know where to start. This evening is a little space to pause, breathe, and put those thoughts into a letter to God, surrounded by other women. Join me at Restore Pilates Apple Valley in your cute, cozy PJs for an intimate evening with just 10 guests. A blanket will be waiting on your reformer to help you settle in and feel at home. Here’s what to expect: ♡ 50-minute reformer Pilates class We’ll move intentionally with worship music and options to adjust the exercises to your comfort level. Whether you’re new to Pilates or already love it, you’re welcome here. ♡ Meditation & quiet reflection After class, we’ll take time to settle our bodies, quiet our minds, and turn our attention toward God. ♡ A letter to God With paper, pens, and envelopes provided, you’ll have time to write whatever is on your heart. It can be gratitude, a prayer, a question, or something you’re ready to give to Him. Your letter is yours—you don’t have to share it or find the perfect words. ♡ Snacks & community Enjoy snacks, conversation, and time to connect. Come with a friend or come alone—I want you to feel welcome exactly as you are. Wear PJs you can comfortably move in, bring your water and grip socks, and arrive 10–15 minutes early to get settled. I’m so excited to share this evening with you. With love, Emely @pilatesbyemely
