Disconnect to Reconnect: Trade Screen Fatigue for Fall Rooftop Sunset Flow

A restorative yoga, reflection, and community experience on a private rooftop as golden hour shifts into dusk. Disconnect to Reconnect (Sunset Embrace & Release) For the one who knows how to get things done. For the one who is always “on.” The planners. The providers. The helpers. The ones who know how to get things done. You Are Not Here to Prove. You Are Here to Heard. Created by Dr. Z and the Greater Self community, this experience is anchored in a simple truth: You are not coming to prove what your body can do You are coming to hear what she has to say. Whether you are a therapist, healer, corporate professional, or overwhelmed parent, you spend your entire week holding space for others. This rooftop is your permission slip to stop striving, stop giving, and finally receive support. Disconnect to Reconnect was intentionally created to give you space to step out of constant doing and return to yourself. We’re inviting you into an intimate rooftop experience where Productivity & Play can finally exist together.
