What to Expect: • Safe & Effective: Workouts focus on core stability, pelvic floor health, and functional strength. • • Baby-Included: We incorporate our little ones into the movements (think: baby-weight squats!). • Community: Meet your "mom-tribe" in the [Location] area. Details: • Cost: $15 per adult (Little ones are free!) • Bring: A yoga mat, water, and anything your baby needs to stay happy.
