Pathway From Boys To Men Inc. Celebrating 21 years of Community Services

Join us for a powerful evening celebrating 21 years of impact with Keynote speaker Roland Bynum & a special tribute to community awardees. On behalf of Pathway From Boys To Men, Inc. (PFBTM), we are excited to invite your organization to become a valued sponsor of our 2026 Annual Charity Gala, taking place on Saturday, October 24, 2026, from 6:30–8:30 p.m. at 5 Star Catering in Rancho Cucamonga, California. This year is especially meaningful as Pathway From Boys To Men celebrates 21 years of dedicated service to the Inland Empire and surrounding communities. Our Gala is more than an annual celebration—it is an opportunity to recognize the individuals and organizations making a difference in our communities while raising critical funds to continue our work. For more than two decades, PFBTM has been committed to providing resources, mentorship, education, and opportunities to underserved men, women, youth, and families. Through programs focused on career and job readiness, job referrals, life skills development, financial literacy, mentorship, and exposure to alternative career pathways, we help individuals develop the skills, confidence, and resources necessary to pursue greater self-sufficiency and long-term success. Our commitment to the community was recognized in 2019 when Pathway From Boys To Men was named Nonprofit of the Year by then-Assemblymember Freddie Rodriguez of California's 52nd Assembly District. Guiding the Next Generation of Leaders This year's Gala will highlight the theme “Guiding the Next Generation of Leaders,” reflecting our continued commitment to preparing young people for their futures while recognizing those who have demonstrated leadership and service within our community. We are honored to welcome Roland Bynum, Radio Legend, Educator, and Mentor, as our keynote speaker. We will also recognize several outstanding community leaders, including: • Lifetime Achievement Award: Nosakhere Thomas, Ph.D., D.Min. — Educator, Minister, Motivational Speaker, and Workforce Development Leader • Community Impact Award: Jasmyne Randolph — Founder & CEO, UDID Academy • Trailblazer Award: Jamie Lamb — CEO, Cedar House • Community Activist Award: Kenneth Anthony — Ecclesia Christian Fellowship • Spirit Award: Lisa Ross — Founder & CEO, Sage Pathways Your Sponsorship Makes an Impact Our fundraising goal for this year's Gala is $25,000–$50,000. Funds raised will help PFBTM expand its reach and continue providing life-changing programs and services that foster opportunity, self-sufficiency, financial empowerment, career exposure, and positive growth for individuals and families throughout the community. We have developed several sponsorship opportunities designed to provide meaningful recognition and visibility for our community partners. Sponsorship levels range from $1,000 to $7,500, including Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum opportunities. Benefits and recognition associated with each level are outlined in the accompanying Sponsorship Flyer. We also welcome the opportunity to discuss in-kind contributions that can support the Gala and our programs. By partnering with Pathway From Boys To Men, Inc., your organization will gain visibility among a diverse audience of local businesses, corporations, churches, unions, nonprofit organizations, community leaders, families, and residents. More importantly, your investment will directly support our ability to create opportunities and strengthen communities throughout the Inland Empire—an area that is too often overlooked despite its tremendous growth, talent, and need for resources and investment. We would be honored to have your organization join us as a sponsor and community partner. Our goal is to secure sponsorship commitments by September 30, 2026, and we welcome the opportunity to discuss the sponsorship level or partnership that best aligns with your organization. Thank you for considering an investment in Pathway From Boys To Men, Inc. and the communities we serve. Together, we can continue guiding the next generation of leaders and creating pathways to opportunity for years to come.
