Join Mallory Riess of Love Roots Yoga Shala and Kat of Golden Wave for a welcoming evening dedicated to meaningful connection, shared wisdom, and personal reflection. Our Women's Wisdom Circle is a monthly gathering where we explore the sacred feminine through the stories and symbolism of goddesses, reflecting on how their teachings relate to our own everyday lives. October's Theme: Durga Inner Strength • Courage • Protection For our first gathering, we'll explore Durga, the powerful Hindu goddess who embodies strength, courage, and protection. Through her stories, we'll reflect on our own experiences, the challenges we face, the boundaries we create, and the strength we carry within. What to Expect Our evening will include: • Goddess Teachings: Explore Durga's stories and symbolism. • Essential Oil Ritual: Connect with intention through the use of essential oils. • Guided Meditation: Take time to turn inward and reflect. • Tea & Conversation: Connect with other women through meaningful discussion and shared experiences. • Mantra: Experience the tradition of sacred sound. • Sound Healing: Relax and integrate the evening's experience. Everyone Is Welcome You don't need any previous experience with meditation, goddess teachings, or women's circles to attend. This is a space to learn, listen, share, and connect.
