This Summit ISN'T for the whole team, It is for YOU—the leader(s) or point person(s) of a ministry or ministry team - whether staff, bi-vocational, or volunteer. WHAT: Unlike typical leadership events, this gathering connects leaders of similar types of ministries. You’ll meet, pray, learn, grieve, and celebrate together. It’s a space for shared passion, peer encouragement, and (for those who want it) collaboration! HOW: A powerful one-day event featuring worship, prayer, speakers, and breakout sessions. The first breakout is what makes this unique: You’ll gather with leaders from the churches and organizations who serve the same people-group as you for prayer, discussion, and connection. MINISTRY LEADERS FOCUS: Though all Assistant Pastors and Ministry Leaders are welcomed, we're specially targeting 8 Ministry Genres this year: Womens Ministries, Mens Ministries, Teen/Young Adult, Homeless, Prison, Prayer/Healing, Outreach & Evangelism, and Marriage Ministries. WHY: “Things happen in circles that just don’t happen in rows.” When like-minded leaders gather, real ministry breakthroughs occur. Shared burdens, unified prayer, deep understanding, and effective collaborations are born. Don’t miss it! DISCOUNTS AND SCHOLARSHIPS: No One should be left out from this event because of finances. Because of our sponsors, we're able to kept the price very low. But if $20-$25 is still a burden, we understand! Contact Carolyn @ phillyclergy . com
