a post-fringe revue and review; a karaoke cabaret party; a drunken discussion of the good and not so good goings-on in philadelphia theatre DOORS @ 6:30PM // SHOW @ 7PM a sad lil song, a gay lil dance: THE GOOD, THE BAD, & THE UGLY is half 2026 Philly Fringe Retrospective, half karaoke cabaret, and half group gossiping for the Good of the community. typically, sad/gay shows glimpses of a love story through rantings and rememberings of drunken nights almost forgotten. this october, sad/gay is hosted by Martha Graham Cracker Scholars, Miss Gender and William Acker (future mayor), who will recount their perspectives of this year's Fringe festival -- from the other side of the mirror/with the boot on the other foot. It's a party, it's a one night stand, IT'S JUST TWO CLOWNS' OPINIONS IT'S NOT THAT SERIOUS, it's very serious, it's a drinking game, it might get ugly. singing along is optional, but strongly encouraged, sentimentality and strong feelings may be unavoidable. CONTENT, SAFETY, & ACCESSIBILITY CONSIDERATIONS: this performance includes depictions of drinking alcohol, possible references to late nights and/or sadness and/or gayness, definite moments of earnest emotional expression. this performance may feature loud music and will feature loud singing. the venue for this performance is inside of a bar, open to the public. masking to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 and other diseases is encouraged. there are 2 steps at the entrance of the building.
