Fall Pasta-Making Class with Chef Edward Strojan

Join us for a fun and interactive BYOB Fall pasta-making class featuring antipasto, two handmade pastas and sauces, and dessert! Welcome! Chef Edward Strojan invites you to attend his special Fall pasta-making class at Jersey Java and Tea in downtown Haddonfield. In this hands-on experience, guests will learn how to make two of Chef Ed's favorite seasonal pasta dishes from scratch (butternut squash gnocchi with herbed brown butter sauce and pumpkin tortellini with Parmigiano cream sauce) that can be recreated at home with confidence. Bring your appetite, guests will enjoy delicious food from start to finish! What’s On The Menu: • To Start: Homemade focaccia and antipasto • Main Course: Butternut squash gnocchi with herbed brown butter sauce and pumpkin tortellini with Parmigiano cream sauce, handmade in-class • Dessert: Homemade tiramisu • Beverages: BYOB In This Class Guests Will: • Learn the dough-to-plate process of creating pastas and sauces from scratch • Learn about the history of featured pasta shapes • Get hands-on experience making various pasta shapes, which will be cooked and served during class • Hear Chef Ed’s favorite tips and tricks for making authentic dishes at home • Receive info and recipe packets for guests to take home Please Note: Dietary restrictions and allergies must be shared with us two days prior to the class.
