Flow + Glow

There's a particular kind of magic that happens when good energy, good people, and good rituals share one room — and that's exactly what we're building this November. Step into The J Spot, Rittenhouse's warm, design-forward med spa and social sanctuary, for an evening built to slow you down. We'll open with 20 minutes to mingle over light refreshments, hot tea, and water — a chance to settle in, meet the women around you, and shake off the day. From there, a hands-on skin ritual workshop will walk you through simple, effective practices to bring home with your skin (and your self-care routine). Then we'll roll out the mats for 30 minutes of restorative yoga led by Sara Esh, followed by a 30-minute sound bath led by Sara Schwartz to close the night in total stillness. You'll leave with a full nervous system reset, a new skincare ritual, a gift bag to take the evening home with you, and — if the room fills the way we think it will — a few new friends.
