This is for you if you have ever felt a pull toward the drum that you just can't explain. If you are caught up in the chaos of life and want to find a way to return to calm, then frame drumming is for you. The frame drum will help you tune into your intuition and shed the stress you carry. You can return to your inner rhythm. The frame drum is an ancient instrument experiencing a modern revival. Meditative and peaceful, it will allow you to restore and renew. This is a basic introduction to the art of frame drumming. Drums are provided. Hosted by Haraz Coffee House, you can drum and then enjoy delicious treats and drinks.
