Life Sciences Luncheon with Greg Dean, MD

DriQ Health is a Philadelphia company that monitors continence and mobility in senior living. DriQ's battery-free sensor attaches to any adult brief and tells staff when a resident is wet; a companion wristband signals when that resident gets up. Dr. Dean has spent three decades operating on children with neurogenic bladder and incontinence. DriQ grew out of that work. He is Chief of Pediatric Urology at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children and Associate Professor of Surgery and Pediatrics at Temple University. Trained at Columbia University and the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, he is past chair of the American Academy of Pediatrics Section on Urology and a past president of the American Association of Pediatric Urology.
