Pasta-Making Class with Chef Edward Strojan

Join us for a fun and interactive pasta-making class featuring antipasto, two handmade pastas and sauces, dessert, and wine tasting. Welcome! Chef Edward Strojan invites you to attend his exciting pasta-making class at Reunion Hall in Haddon Township. In this hands-on experience, guests will learn how to create two authentic pasta dishes from scratch that can be recreated at home with confidence. Bring your appetite, guests will enjoy delicious food from start to finish! What’s On The Menu: • To Start: Homemade focaccia and antipasto • Main Course: Two pasta dishes featuring the pasta and sauces handmade in-class • Dessert: Homemade tiramisu • Beverages: Wine/beer pairing In This Class Guests Will: • Learn the dough-to-plate process of creating pastas and sauces from scratch • Learn about the history of featured pasta shapes • Get hands-on experience making various pasta shapes, which will be cooked and served during class • Hear Chef Ed’s favorite tips and tricks for making authentic dishes at home • Receive info and recipe packets for guests to take home Please Note: Dietary restrictions and allergies must be shared with us two days prior to the class.
