About this event
Most places teach design and code as two separate subjects. Projection mapping is where that falls apart — the visual is the code, and the code is the visual. That is the whole point of this Lab. You will write p5.js in your browser, and by the end of the night your work goes up on a real surface through a real projector. Everyone starts from the same template. No two results look the same.

You leave with a folder on your own machine, holding a sketch you changed yourself, that you can open again tomorrow without us in the room. No experience needed. Never written a line of code? You will be fine. Written plenty? There is room to push it. We recommend bringing your own laptop. The point is that you take the work home with you. We will have a couple of spares. Pizza and drinks are provided. Tell us about dietary restrictions when you register. 18 and over. Under 18 is welcome with a parent or guardian. We photograph and film our events. You choose when you register, and you can change your mind at the door. Doors at 6:00. Free.
