Rooting Down for Fall: A Yin/Vinyasa + Breathwork Journey

As the light shifts and the air turns crisp, our bodies and spirits ask for something different. This season, we're gathering to root down, to come home to the earth beneath us, and to the hearts within us. Join us for a 2-hour journey blending vinyasa and yin yoga, pranayama, mantra, and community connection, designed to help you transition into fall with intention. What we'll explore together: 55 min Yin/Vinyasa Yoga Flow: Heart + Root Chakra Work - A grounding vinyasa sequence moving through earth-element poses, followed by Yin postures to help slow down and integrate into fall while opening the heart while grounding into the root, creating space for both softness and stability. 30 min Pranayama - Breathwork practices to support you as you settle into the new season Light Journaling - Space to reflect and integrate Closing Gathering Circle - Coming together in community before we part Details: 📅 September 26 - Rain or Shine 🕙 10am–12pm 📍 Medford, NJ - Root and Rise You will bring your own mat, waterbottle, journal, pen and any additional props you may want to support your yoga practice. Nichole Howard, MS, PMP, RYT-200 (pictured doing yoga below) is a certified yoga instructor, brand photographer, and business coach based in South Jersey, dedicated to helping women reconnect with themselves and their purpose. After leaving a career in corporate project management, Nichole built a business rooted in creativity, embodiment, and community, blending her love of yoga and holistic wellness with her work supporting female founders in reclaiming their time, energy, and money freedom. She believes deeply in the power of seasonal ritual, gathering, and giving back, and finds some of her most meaningful moments leading spaces where people can pause, breathe, and come home to themselves. Jennifer Wheeler, NP (pictured in white below) is a boutique wellness consultant and breathwork facilitator whose approach lives at the intersection of science and soul. After years as a nurse practitioner and functional medicine provider, she discovered that breathwork and nervous system restoration are both foundational and transformational for wellbeing. She blends her clinical background with breathwork facilitation, intentional living, and timeless lifestyle medicine, grounded in the belief that the most vibrant life is a beautiful blend of effort and ease.
