Self Defense Primer for Women Sponsored by Strike It Strong We know that if you feel strong on the outside, you'll be strong on the inside. Please join us for a self-defense primer for women on Wednesday, October 14 from 7:30 to 9 p.m. at the Kempo Martial Arts and Fitness Studio, which is sponsored by Strike It Strong, a local nonprofit (501c3). This class is a great first step if you've ever wanted to learn self defense. Strike It Strong believes in the power of women to create positive change in their lives and communities. We provide a safe space to build physical strength, mental resilience, and lasting connections. Our programs are designed to foster confidence, self-defense skills, and empowerment. Strike It Strong has been empowering women through self-defense classes since 2023 and has raised thousands of dollar to help at-risk women in the community.
