The hour opens with a gentle, restorative sequence designed to release tension and quiet the mind, moving through postures at an easy, unhurried pace. As the flow settles, the session transitions into a sound bath, where the resonant tones of singing bowls wash over the room and guide you into deep relaxation. This isn't a workout. It's a reset. Come as you are, leave your phone behind, and give yourself permission to slow down before Monday hits. Every attendee goes home with a complimentary goodie bag.
