Come as you are. Leave a little lighter. Soul Sessions is where healing happens SOUL-first, and EVERY PART of you is welcome. Soul Sessions: The Journey of Becoming. Let’s Be. The journey to becoming starts in the present. Throughout our journey of Becoming, we’ve explored the things that can pull us away from ourselves--control, comparison, compromise, comfort, complacency, self-sabotage, and the cycles that keep us anchored in the past or consumed by the future. But what happens when we stop trying to control where we’ve been or anticipate where we’re going, and simply allow ourselves to be where we are? This Soul Session is an invitation to return to the present. Not to figure everything out.Not to become something more.But to create space to reconnect with what is already here: your breath, your body, your spirit, and yourself. We’ll gather for an intentional conversation around presence and what it means to actually inhabit the moment we’re living in. From there, we’ll move from conversation into activation with guided breathwork and stretching led by, Mindful Facilitator, Shirleen Beard, creating space to release, reconnect, and come back into the body. We’ll close with a grounding sound bowl experience, allowing everything we’ve explored to settle. This is our final Soul Session in this studio space, making this gathering a meaningful pause before we enter the next chapter of the journey. Come as you are. Soul Tribe, let’s be
