Join Allison Stadd, writer of The Creativity of Work and jazz drummer turned CMO, for The Creativity of Workshop, a one-hour, small-group session for getting frank about what you actually want professionally, and setting up 2027 to go get it. It's one (screen-free) hour to be impractical on purpose.

~ You'll build an Audacity List of the swashbuckling, goosebump-inducing professional goals you haven’t given yourself permission to pursue. ~ You'll leave with access to a roomful of other curious, accomplished, ambitious Philadelphians building careers, businesses, and creative ideas they care deeply about. ~ You'll receive a personalized progress tracker after the session to turn your big ideas into thoughtful, tangible action. Allison has led marketing at Shake Shack, Sweetgreen, BARK, and now Ollie, and uses music as a tool to spark fresh thinking. No musical experience required. The workshop is capped at 20 people, and it's built for anyone, whatever your industry or the kind of work you do. Coffee and soft pretzels included.
