This Accelerated Deep Dive into the Essentials of Lean is a fast-paced workshop with 2 rounds of simulation! THIS EVENT IS LIMITED TO 12 PARTICIPANTS! Through real-world examples and two rounds of interactive simulation, attendees will learn how the application of Lean principles reduces waste, accelerates production, improves cash flow and strengthens overall performance across the operation. Participants will leave with a working knowledge of continuous improvement techniques that will expose opportunities with simple solutions in their own processes.
