Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona is pleased to invite you to join us for the launch of the first Federal Employee Program Provider Forum. We are excited to offer an educational and interactive event designed to support provider practices with Federal Employee Program (FEP) members. This forum will provide an overview of the following topics to compliment your current workflows: • FEP Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) Measures • FEP Medical Records • Low Back Pain (LBP) • Antibiotic Treatment for Acute Bronchitis/Bronchiolitis (AAB) • FEP National and BCBSAZ Program Resources Most importantly, we want to hear about your experiences, challenges, and opportunities for collaboration with the BCBSAZ Federal Employee Program.
