Field Recordings Wine and Food Pairing at Trevor's

Join us Thursday, November 12th for an evening of food and wine! We will be featuring 4 Field Recordings wines alongside a food pairing. Join us at Trevor's Paradise Valley on November 12 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM for a curated tasting featuring four Field Recordings wines, each paired with a thoughtful, seasonal bite. This event highlights the range and character of the Field Recordings portfolio, beginning with a vibrant sparkling wine, followed by a crisp Sauvignon Blanc, an elegant Pinot Noir, and a fun and approachable Napa Cabernet. Each wine will be matched with a complementary dish designed to enhance its texture, aromatics, and overall expression. It’s an engaging way to explore how food and wine elevate one another while experiencing the distinct personality of this California producer. A relaxed, enjoyable evening of great wines, purposeful pairings, and a deeper look at what makes Field Recordings so compelling! The event will start at 6:00pm and end at 8:00pm on Thursday, November 12th at our PV location.
