Canvas & Cadence is a live studio production where the audience becomes part of the show. Guess What Collective takes over Downside Up! Canvas & Cadence: The GWC Experience A Guess What Collective event, presented by Downside Up Saturday, December 5, 2026 · Doors Open 7pm Final Seat Call 745pm Downside Up · 12820 N 19th Ave, Phoenix, AZ About the night Canvas & Cadence is a live studio production where the audience becomes part of the show. Guess What Collective takes over Downside Up for one night of unscripted, immersive programming between performers and the people in the room. Expect spoken word, live music and a painting created in real time, start to finish, while you watch. There’s no fourth wall here. The artists start the night sitting among you, and the poetry rises from the crowd. You’ll also help shape what gets created, by giving the performers themes and emotions to turn into art on the spot. Picture late-night TV with a live studio audience, built for poets, musicians and painters. This is the last GWC appearance in Arizona for 2026 before the collective goes on tour in February 2027.
